There are many reasons why customers have come to us to take on existing projects. It may be that the current supplier is failing, taking too long, is no longer interested, or even that they've gone bust, but whatever the reason we're here to help. The project success is what we're interested in, not the history or the politics that led to the current situation.

As an independent party we can perform a quick review and determine the best course of action to achieve the project goals and get it back on track.

Examples of previous projects are:

• A major Police Authority was informed by their contractors that finishing the project would take them way over budget. We took over the project, skilled up in the systems and delivered to budget and on time.
• A High Street Financial Institution wished to extend the life of an aging system until it could properly arrange its replacement. The current supplier was demanding excessive license and support costs so we stepped in and provided the necessary support for a further 2 years until the replacement was deployed.
• A Blue Chip ISP was let down with the provision of a core network authentication system. After the purchasing of licensing and hardware, the supplier lost interest in the project and failed to deliver over an 18 month period. We took over the project, re-spec'd and delivered to a tight schedule.
